Two of our papers have recently been accepted. The one entitled "Mobile elements create structural variation: analysis of a complete human genome" is accepted by Genome Research. The other one, "Estimating the age of retrotransposon subfamilies using maximum likelihood", is in press in Genomics.

Our paper entitled "Fine-Scaled Human Genetic Structure Revealed by SNP Microarrays" is accepted by Genome Research for the Darwin Special Issue.
